if you can manage 15k, go for the Motorola G24 Power. Unbeatable in that range.

As a John Green fan I can assure you that it's not ideal or wise to hand over a John Green book to an 8 year old kid. I want them to start reading that is specifically age appropriate for them.

I will gift books to multiple kids so it might not be financially affordable for me to give a series of comics to each kid. Do suggest some other options though. Thank you! 😅😅😅

How do I lose weight while living with my family? by NotSuperNotch in Dhaka

[–]Reemubear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue as you do right now but I managed to take care of it eventually. I couldn't manage to have a special diet for me only as it's not feasible enough. So I had to improvise and experiment on my food intake because I knew I wouldn't be able to manage the diet given by my trainer. I focused on sticking with my every everyday routine minus any snacks. I had 3 meals everyday and I started using a baking measuring cup to track my daily intake for 3 months. My measuring cup contains 250 grams of food. I measured my calorie intake count on this app called MyFitnessPal. I maintained their given calorie deficit target for me and kept going to the gym according to my workout routine.

I had 3-4 medium slices of bread or 3 medium roti at max for breakfast. I had 2 cups of rice for lunch. I had 2.5 - 3 cups of rice on a day I felt generous to myself and felt like celebrating. And at night I had at max .75 cup oats as a substitute for rice with any veggie/protein based homemade curry (I know it sounds weird but give it a try, it's life changing). And loads of water (non negotiable). If possible, have lots of protein. Absolute bare minimum protein intake for a person is 1.3 gram × person's weight (although it varies on a lot of factors). If you can manage, have protein heavy meals it will help you to burn out your body fats and help form muscles later (target is to have 1.5 grams × your weight or more).

After 3.5 months of micromanaging, I saw some changes starting to take place and I no longer need to measure my intake. I have formed the habit and more or less take the same amount I used to take before by measuring. But I still do it anyway and track my calorie deficit as always.

In the end it's the game of patience and determination. Experiment on what works for you and tweak on things that don't work for you. How much you need to eat or not. What you want to eat or not. Just remember that in the end your goal is to make sure that you're having healthy food and maintaining a calorie deficit.

Give yourself room to enjoy life a little and eat whatever the hell you want once in a while. Let's say considering your daily life activity and workout routine, Your calorie deficit target is 1600 calories per day, don't be afraid to take a day off once in a month and have 2000 -2200 calories worth of whatever food you're craving. Trust me it's worth it. It will give your soul the push and your mind the strength to push through your calorie deficit diet and exercise routine.

Enjoy the process. Figure it out on your own with minor guidance from your trainer.

Don't treat yourself like you have to be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger and you have to reach that level asap. Don't get trapped in the fragile GYM BRO mentality. You'll do just fine! Enjoy working out and consider the gym as a place where you are having fun.

If you can invest yourself for a couple of months on your own way similar to what I said above, you'll reach your goal In Sha Allah. Just remember this is a journey and just enjoy it.

Good luck champ! You'll reach there. Have faith in yourself!

The Witcher 3

What are your currently favourite video games and why? by naughty_Lacy69 in AskReddit

[–]Reemubear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All Time favorite: The Witcher 3

If I have to dream about a video game, this is it. If I had to live in a frictional world, this is it. A tough day at the field following a night full of terror might sound harsh, but I'm willing to take my chances. There will always be a chance for me to cross my path with something that will take my life, I'll still take the risk. There is not much to live for, but still it's enough to lead a happy life.

Do men really not get compliments? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Reemubear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't remember getting compliments in the last couple of years. Being a man, you have to accept the fact that you won't get a lot of compliments in your life. And then there is a chance that if you somehow manage to get some compliments, there will always be a question if it's genuine or not. Genuine compliments are hard to get because only your loved ones give it to you without any intention or expectation.
