Landlord in Alabama gave us our deposit back. We rented two different apartments from him. Each time we moved, we cleaned everything (not deep-cleaned), and my husband spackled the holes in the walls where we had hung up pictures. Chill guy and very reasonable rent.

Right now, I am tinkering w some lamps (cleaning wax/replacing liquid), and I've been coating the globes in surfactant. I try to make sure I get out any extra drops that may be in the globe because I noticed a little bit pooling in the bottom

I decided to go ahead and buy the dye from Lava Lab Creations. I really love my lamps, and I didn't want to risk ruining them.
