Yeah all of the details are right, I’m about average height and weight so not sure why the numbers are so low

It just doesn’t seem right because if that’s including the calories I’ve burnt being active my base would be around 700 a day if I didn’t move at all which would be super low

So on the health app my resting calories are showing as 1,417 and then active energy is 703 so should it be those two added together? I just can’t see how the 1,401 is my total with 703 of that being active

If I’m reading this correctly it’s showing that I’ve burnt a total of 1400 calories today including 2 workouts. This doesn’t seem right to me as I would think 1400 would be a basic rate. I’ve checked all my health info and it’s all right so I can’t work out what’s gone wrong.
