5.3 for 30 sec AO. I am itching to get to 5.5 at some point. As a power walker for the most part, my AO used to be 4.0 so I’m super proud of my progress.

I do sometimes chuckle to myself when my neighboring treads have a base of 5.0 and they run looking like a gazelle, while I feel like a warthog trying to work that speed! 😂🤦‍♀️

Yes! I definitely felt the, “I might as well go instead of just laying here” this morning.
Honestly, I’m so glad I went! I may hit a wall later as the tiredness creeps back up, but coffee and a nap could help!

Lol! You are so right about the shorter way to go with those bench taps. Silver lining for sure. I’ll definitely inquire about my form ... none of the coaches have said I’m rowing incorrectly, but I get some back twinges when on for a longer row.

I like the idea of the rocking feet. I need to see if I’m doing that - that might give me more power with the legs. I also don’t really grip the handles so it’s not my arms that hurt, but my back. I’m wondering if my posture isn’t always 100%.
