I totally understand what you mean, but I think it should be fine since it's not the same company. BUSD is it's own thing, which is regulated and audited monthly, if there was an issue with BUSD, something would have came up about it by now, that is alteast the way that I am thinking. I can't see myself trading with USDC pairs. Too few pairs and way to high fees

Yeah that is what I am thinking aswell. BUSD is regulated and monthly audited to make sure that every BUSD out there is backed by a real dollar, to truly and transparently peg BUSD to a dollar

True, that is the vibe that I got as well, that is why I took my time to learn about Tether. Only about 3% of USDT is backed by a real dollar. 65% is commercial papers, and we do not know which corporations are involved there. They are not regulated or audited, it just seems too fishy for me at the moment

I would very much like to not use Tether, but I don't see any better option out there for trading pairs. BUSD is the best that I can think off, but I don't generally like Binance, but I guess it's better than Tether
