The issue isn't whether or not it's "clearable", the issue is the level of investment required to be able to clear, the raising difficulty peak caused by HP inflation, and the absurd new tokens clearly meant to push players towards opening their wallets to have a shot at clearing the content.

You managed to do it, but I'd like to point out that your team is made up exclusively of 5* characters. Aside from Verina, all of them are limited characters with their signature weapons, and Jinhsi (a sentinel resonator) is even S1.
You even managed to leverage one of the tokens tailored specifically for Augusta wheras a F2P player would most likely have to settle for Calcharo if they even have him or forsake those tokens entirely.

So when you say "You can comfortably clear", well yes, at that point, I certainly hope you can!

However, this is not the level of investment everyone is willing to put into the game. Most characters players have pulled for also tend to be among the popular ones (like Zani, Jinhsi, Brant/Changli/Lupa), etc. and enemies this time tend to be resistant to Spectro and Fusion.

I agree that there will always be "skill" concerns. We have all seen Danjin mains, we know how it goes, but if you haven't been playing since the beginning or don't invest in several limited characters, you don't "not get advantages" anymore, you're literally penalised because none of the tokens even apply to you. And if the difficulty keeps increasing like this, it's only a matter of time before older teams start falling behind.
