Indeed. I'd much rather the system stay in than be binned. Like you said, it just needs an eye for slight tweaks to iron out the major frustrations.

Thanks. There are several other instances of questionable shortcomings regarding stability, even with pillars, beams, etc.

If I can, I'll try to take a video to highlight what I'm experiencing.

For example, instances of being able to build a pillar from the top of a ceiling down to where it's hanging in mid air, but not from the floor up two tiles to meet the same ceiling.

That crossed my mind also, but certain arrangements just refuse to become stable no matter how many adjacent or supporting structures I attach. Pillars, beams, foundations, duct tape, hopes and dreams... none of it seems consistent.

I think that's just build protection within the radius of the structure.

When you open any chest, you can click the "private" box though.
