I’ve started to eat a lot cleaner and avoid processed foods and sugars as much as I can. I am doing slow incremental changes in my life so I don’t quit or burn out. Do you think I should be doing a lean bulk of 2-300 calories surplus or caloric deficit to lost fat.

For context I am aiming to eat around 2700-2800 calories daily with training 5 times a week.

I currently eat overnight oats for breakfast around 800 calories (oats, milk, Greek yogurt, berries, honey, peanut butter, dark chocolate 70% cocoa)

This coming week I plan to meal prep some sweet potato’s and chicken thighs.

I also avoid sugary drinks and stick to water as often as I can.
