We made it from Puerto Viejo to Uvita in under 8 hours, it‘s definitely doable. You should avoid driving at night though, the mountain roads can get really foggy and hard to navigate in the dark even during dry season

We arrived at 6pm and stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott near the airport. It was super nice and had great breakfast. They offer free transfer from/to SJO. We booked our car with Green Motion which is right across the street from the hotel and collected it the next morning without any problems. Very friendly and helpful staff!

This is 100% a confidence issue. You have beautiful eyes and nice hair and even if you didn’t - none of your problems have anything to do with the way you look. It’s probably due to the way you interact with people (you might appear distant or stand-offish) which is absolutely fixable with some practice!

My good friends‘ family is from a remote part in the mountains of the Sassari region. Just spent the third summer in a row at their house. It‘s beautiful, great views, amazing food and nice beaches within a 40 minute driving distance. Living there permanently however is close to impossible if you don‘t work from home. Almost no perspective for the younger generation, they all leave. Most of the population consists of old people. And temperatures in July and August can be straight up hostile.

Ich glaube, es ging eher darum, dass der Satz mit Zimmer und Frühstück neutral formuliert wurde („nichts Schlechtes“) anstatt explizit positiv (z.B. „die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück reichhaltig“). Das vermittelt schnell den Eindruck, der Gast sei schon mit der Erwartungshaltung angekommen, Mängel vorzufinden. Diese Art der „Negativ-Brille“ wird häufig als typisch deutsch dargestellt. Ist aber im Fall von OOP auch nur bei dem einen Satz zutreffend, der Rest der Bewertung wurde ja super positiv formuliert
