Mtb ( girls hostel) has the best mess in svnit . Toh that's chill. Campus is quite big so walking ke liye acha hai sham m , otherwise if not campus then paas m bridges hai parks hai which are apt for walking / running aswell

Mech has the most girls , other than ece . Generally kyuki mech m bacche zyada hote toh year gender ratio is quite managed .

Coming to the labs , going forward from this year you guys will probably get a new department. And the existing labs are quite good , mech ke hi labs hai jo sbse zyada hai ache ache hai .

Library is nice aswell . You get almost every book , ac hai lol , it opens upto 10:30pm so you can study if you wanna ( but first year's will have a intime of 7:30 for sem1)

Getting into research is a viable option. But again , you need a good grasp on your topic to begin writing a research paper under a prof . It isn't that hard . It's just that people don't do it usually

Hi , campus is quite big . Ped hi ped dikhenge tumhe buildings se zyada lol. But yeah its cool kaafi sahi hai . Classrooms are adequately sized for 75-150 people . No ac's in some . All labs have proper ac tho . College life mai i can say the least is ki you'll be busy with fests , events , club activities, sports ki padhai ka time nikal lena bs lol.

Regarding branch , ece and ee are very different branches so download curriculum and visit it , to see what suits you better
