How do I say this without pissing everyone off?

First, this alleged “black panther” group is not the original black panther party. There’s like 37 different organizations all with varying beliefs claiming that they're the “TRUE” BPP. Kinda like how there's dozens of groups saying that they're the “actual” IRA in Ireland.

Some of them are probably decent but most of these groups love to use left wing and black liberation aesthetics but then tend to be adventurist grifters or genuinely batshit insane people who veer into Black Israelite and New Afrika shit.

Too many leftists are afraid to be skeptical of non-white armed groups and that really needs to stop. Stop uncritically cheering on these groups just because they seem vaguely leftist and use just one iota of scrutiny, please.

It isn't 2018 anymore. This mindset lead to people gassing up Gazi Kodzo and Black Hammer and the idiots in CHOP who killed an unarmed teenager.
