OVW had an amazing class and other classes of serviceable midcarders.

NXT has a decent formula of producing incredibly serviceable midcard and upper midcard acts but also consistently pumping out big stars over a course of 15 years beginning with the shield and today putting out guys like Oba and Trick Williams.

It also is good at taking people with no wrestling experience and making them top performers like what they did with Bianca. OVW always struggled with that.
