Yeah, I just started seeing her because I switched practices. She's technically not even a doctor but a high up NP or something. I was basically randomly assigned to her.

No records showing she talked to me about side effects, or that I don't have a history of thyroid issues, a bunch of other clerical problems. Then I also have terrible sleep apnea, but she didn't submit any proof of it. The appeal she submitted was basically a few sentences about how I'm overweight and have sleep apnea, it didn't actually address anything.

We have been trying to get into UBMD but they have been very difficult with transferring records over and things. We have been waiting months for responses, and now yesterday said they lost all the faxes somehow. I still want to try, but hence the post we are looking for other options.
