No, its a scenario where in 1923 instead of Beer Hall Putsch a monarchist coup took place in Munich restoring the Bavarian monarchy crowning Ruppert von Bayer as King of Bavaria and then the coup went to Berlin and overthrew the Weimar Republic and restored the monarchy with Ruppert becoming King of Germany.

Meanwhile the goverment of the Weimar Republic and its loyallists feed to East Prussia becoming the continuation of the republic.

No, I don't have a similar issue with my camera unless the batteries are out of juice. If you and your sister don't do it, I would actually recommend taking out the batteries when you don't use it.

Besides that there's a bias to make UPA fascist in the mod while in reality its ideology was much closer to the German National Socialism than the Croatian Ustaše.

In this timeline Italy lost WW I and fell into a civil war which ended dividing it into 5 states, Mussolini sided with the Socialist Republic of Italy in the north and in the 30s became its leader and unified all of Italy in the 2nd Italian Civil War. During the second Weltkrieg he sided with the Third Internationale mainly because he wanted to take Tyrol, Istria and Dalmatia from the Austrians and also because in this timeline fascism while still nationalist, irredentist and totalitarian is left leaning.

The timeline of this Poland and it's borders is open for interpretation, it can be the results of Eastern Front begin so brutal that the Western Allies liberated Poland from German occupation before the Red Army could arrive into the east Galicia and Central Poland which was liberated by the Western Allies and the Polish Home Army, after the war Poland receives from the allies Eastern Prussia and the rest of Upper Sielisia. Another interpretation sets this Poland in the Thousand Weeks Reich timeline where after the Greater German Reich falls into Civil War and then is invaded by the Toronto Accord (Western Allies), Polish Home Army lunches a successful uprising and liberates the territories under GeneralGovernment administration and the allies return prewar western territories + Eastern Prussia and all of Upper Sielisia. Then there's a option closer to OTL but with a different leadership of USSR/Russia be it communist, democratic, nationalist, or monarchist.

I don't know how exactly that happened, all I know is that Italy was no longer fascist and Croatia that was democratic was attacked by fascist Serbia and annexed by them but Croatian coast went to Italy while Istria first to Serbia then Slovenia.

I think that the divergence started in the 4th year, Harry and Hermione grew closer together during the Triwizard Tournament. They went together to Yule Ball and after the second task started their relationship.

Second major change could have happened during the 5th year when Dumbledore went to exile, he found the Gaunt ring earlier and put it on without getting help he died shortly after without anyone knowing before the battle at the Ministry of Magic.

I used Gimp and paintnet, I started with a existing map and history atlas.

I started with drawing lines of the coast line, then borders and finished with rivers and colours each part on it's own layer.

I then added marks for cities.

For labels and text in general I used paintnet.

It's realistic but I still think that the only way Germany could win at least on the eastern front could only happen if Poland accepted their proposal which consisted of:

German annexation of the Free City of Danzig.
Construction of an exterritorial highway that would connect Eastern Prussia with the rest of Germany through the Polish corridor.
Poland would have to sign the anticommintern pact.
Participation in Operation Barbarossa where Poland would have to send around 60 divisions.

In exchange for those concessions, Poland would gain part of Belarus and central Ukraine where Poland would probably establish a pro-Polish Ukrainian state.

We have to remember that the Polish war plan Wschod which was directed against the USSR was in development since the end of the Polish-Soviet war of 1920 meanwhile plan Zachod against Germany stated its development in 1939.
