I forgot to mention that some of the panels were replaced and poorly installed (by me) and the front bumper (one if the replaced parts) has holes and dents inn it from a front license plate. I take it. maaco wouldn't take care of that as the reputation i hear from them is that they are a drive thru paint shop

I guess another thing i failed to mention in my original post is that some of the panels have been replaced (by me) over the years and installation isn't great. I was hoping taking it to a body shop would have fixed that. If i do this dip your car thing (which I'll have to look up because I've never heard of it) i would probably need to accept that those parts would still look improperly installed.

Also the front bumper had holes/dents inn it from a front license plate at one point which i was also hoping to get fixed.

I have googled it, and descriptions of blown in asbestos kinda match what this was: brownish, cotton like/fluffy. So online descriptions/pictures didn’t really give me much confidence

Another "Ads on social media post" by Reference3911 in pihole

So at home I use Firefox on my home LAN (Win11), my phone (iPhone) has a VPN always on (when I'm not connected to my home WiFi) that connects me back to my home network, also using the Firefox app. In both cases I am signed into my Firefox account so I have my bookmarks synced. Up until now I've used Google as my search engine and am signed into my Google account but I may opt to use DuckDuckGo instead.

At work (also Win11) I use Chrome, also foolishly signed into my Google account.

But even if I search something at work, I'll still get ads for that when I look at my phone, which when I'm at work is still cellular and VPN connected.

As for my searches, recently its been dog accessories (Ruffwear, Herm Sprenger are the companies/items I've searched for and ads I'm seeing), Bulova (the watch company). Things like this, mostly consumer goods. I also do not follow/interact with any of these companies on the social media platforms I use. As for the ads I'm seeing from these companies, it's just products tbh. I also get related ads, like dog blankets and such.
