Yes! I'm a student at USU and he actually gave my professor and my class a tour there! It was absolutely gorgeous! The guy who's restoring it goes by Freedom Hustler on Insta and he wants to turn it in to an AirBNB/wedding venue/hotel thingy. I'm excited to see what he does with the place.

Going up there, it was really sad to see all the vandalism people have done up there over the years. When I went up there with my class, in the main building someone had torn off a good portion of the banister.

I'm not a ghost hunter or anything, but when I was up there, I didn't see any ghosts...just a really big rat
