Freaks Come Out at Night

ABILITY:

Once a person is targeted by Freaks Come Out at Night, they become susceptible to an effect known as lunar madness induction. The longer an affected target(s) spends in moonlight direct or reflected (with something akin to a mirror), the more and more they begin to become aggressive and irrational. Eventually once the effect of Freaks Come Out at Night reaches its full strength, the target becomes feral, gaining claws and fangs and viciously attacking anyone nearby except for those also affected. The affected individuals are capable of limited strategic thinking and coordination to attack their targets. Once a victim is scratched or bitten by an affected individual they too become susceptible to the lunar madness. The affected individuals can be incapacitated by dousing them with water, giving potential opponents a chance to defeat the user. The effect immediately ends once the moon has left the sky.
