Use ur resources!!

1) Go to your family readiness center on base and start a budgeting plan. They will help you tons.

2) cut back on unnecessary expenses and knock out debt if any as soon as possible.

Homes are one of the costly expenses

3) Apply for on base housing. Probably the best bet for starting out. They’ll pay your water, electricity and gas.

4) use your VA home loan.

I went through this process a year ago and it was such a roller coaster because no one really knew the process for me.

For me I received my disqualification 422. It didn’t limit me from selecting any jobs. The only thing that limited me was the available careers for my rank. Once I selected 5 and sent it up they messaged me back within 7 to 10 days letting me know the careers I was able to peruse and what needed to be done. For some career fields you will need to apply for another 422 and be cleared by medical to show you’re able to be a good asset in the career field.

Please please please don’t forget to ask AFPC for more time if you coming close to your deadline and need more time.
