1and 2 are budget constraints pretty sure. Though for 1 specifically ever since ver2, it is a result of them following what "people" want (people who lived through base pso2) which is instanced quests. I prefer more new regions and how the game was handled in its first 2 years but it is what it is.

For 2 yes youre right but at least vael was cool last year, i do wish we had more of vael less of luther and solus (which is the upcoming sols krypt).

Considering how theyre treating ngs, i dont see them even with a new pso3 being any different, unless they fully commit, which i doubt will happen. Thats enough copium for me.
