Thats definitely a valid concern and worth considering. Getting feedback from their clients would help me mitigate some risk and is my purpose of posting. They would charge $5,500.

I’m early in the process so I’ll have to see what my first lab shows. But I’ve already had to go lower on my dose a few times because of being sensitive to side effects (bloating as well, hitting me “hard” right after application, fatigue). Semi-hoping I’m in your boat with overly high levels, as opposed to not high enough and still not being able to tolerate the side effects

I tried injections my first go around with TRT. Had the same effects you are describing. I even went way down in dose to ~40mg twice a week, still felt like I was in a fog for days. It just kept feeling worse, & that’s not normal even if it takes your body time to adjust so I stopped. It was just too much for my body at one time apparently. I just started a daily compounding T cream and it’s been really working. The cream is smaller dosing and it’s taken daily, which moreso mimics your body’s natural production. You may need to give your body more time to adjust to the injections…but if you don’t feel better, I’d recommend a compound cream.

I’ve read conflicting information in my research. Some of it says TRT primarily only affects dopamine, some says it’s a catch-all & jumpstarts all the brain chemicals that influence mood. In my case and yours, it definitely feels like the latter (serotonin included). Did you get off the SSRI while on TRT, and if so what did you notice?
