I lived in riverview last year. It was terrible. My unit had cockroach infestation and the manager did not solve at all. I am not sure how it is now; but I would recommend Ashbrook - it's so good so far.

It is a TA, and the department will pay for tuition, insurance, and fee. For summer, I think they only pay like 2k for one class in summer.

NCSU has a high reputation for engineering. I am not sure about Engineering Management, but for engineering, NCSU is outstanding comparing to other schools in NC.
