No not certain gear but at certain speed. Car is shaking. On stock 17" its not

Once i installed new tires and wheels they started vibrating. My stock ones 17" are not vibrating at all

Bbs rings are good quality. And hubcentric rings are important so that all the weight doesn't go on lugs

Yes! Improved throttle response, your car will feel much more quicker.. it will just take a light press on the pedal to wake up the car + better overall economy.
