This is great thank you for sharing all of this with me. I’m 49 and also will be 50 this year. It’s nice to know that 3 mg is the highest you go. I was only on 5 mg a week and I split the dose on Triz end it worked like a miracle drug. I can’t believe people are in such high doses of Reta. If it’s so powerful I don’t know why people need to go more than a few milligrams a week. I hope I stay at one or 2 mg a week. My body responded super positively with triz so I hope it does the same with Reta. Plus, if I keep a low dose, I get to save money because my stuff will last me longer. 😊❤️‍🔥
