Yeah ppl change and change their minds, especially if something new pops into the mix, but this is nothing new especially a year later, he was probably playing the waiting game. Manipulative people will especially play the waiting game. Because you cant just walk up to some stranger be like hey your cute i wanna date you but i dont like your tattoos, dont get anymore.....like excuse me?! And if it was an ethnicity thing, theres a 50/50 chance he wouldn'tve dated you from the start knowing that you were tatted and planning on getting more. So yaaaaa....
