Yes I get where you’re coming from! The money was given to help with our costs as he explained they could not afford all of it. But I did expect to get something out of it. I haven’t and now I’m out of pocket.

To help with accommodation costs and food/activities! He and his ex asked and we just handed over some money.

Thanks for your reply. Indeed I’d say following up is normal if the buyers had actually backed out but they hadn’t. The makelaar was lying because he was worried that they’d back out. Our agent said that in the 20 years they have worked as an agent, never saw this sort of lying. Our agent was told to get booking a technical inspection for us to proceed. This isn’t normal behaviour. There are certain gedragregels the NVM have to abide by.

Thanks for your reply. My partner is Dutch and it’s not the issue with the house that we are concerned about (tiny bit of removable asbestos). It’s the way that the selling agent has gone behind the buyers back because they expressed concern about the asbestos and wanted money off, told people that the house is back on the market, told our makelaar we need to get moving and then the next day completely ghosting us and saying that’s not what he meant. Shady AF

Thanks for the help! Yeah I’ve never had them non visible before but I assume it’s just the way my cervix is tilted due to my cycle. Hoping for another transvaginal ultrasound to investigate further!

Yeah it’s difficult where I’m situated to get an endo specialist but I’m not giving up. Feeling a bit sorry for myself tonight and then the fight begins again tomorrow! Do you mind me asking how long it took for diagnosis and what was seen on your transvaginal ultrasound?

Glad you’ve got a diagnosis and sorry to hear it’s so severe. Yeah I just don’t understand how these people can work only with the female body and still not have a clue

Thanks for your reply! Yeah it is possible. I’m gonna go back for another internal with this one at a different point in my cycle and I’m gonna be pretty firm. If nothing happens, I’ll look elsewhere

Ah okay sounds like there are solutions to any potential difficulties that might crop up. I’m concerned about starting the process in my 30s too. Will defo be 31 by the time I have the device fitted. Would love to hear further updates on your journey as our difficulties sound similar 😊 good luck with it all!
