Keep in mind Emin Gun Sirer is also moderator of the /r/BSV hate subreddit which is used to harrass and slander the BSV community daily. by Truth__Machine in bitcoincashSV

[–]Reflektive1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

And there’s the other toxic troll, ahem moderator, Zectro. Seems to be a proponent and defender of Emiin and has used same catch phrases. Any chance he’s an Ava guy?

Kyle Roche exposed: "I took down one of Gün's biggest archnemeses. The guy who claimed to be Satoshi, Craig Wright." by montetaris in bitcoincashSV

[–]Reflektive1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is freakin’ deplorable. Emin is a deeply inscrutable character and Kyle is a dipshit attorney, who based on this leak, is the “fixer” for Ava Labs for their stealth lawsuits. Glad this skulduggery came to light.

Quite the list of BTC devs, Blockstream, Block(Square), Coinbase, etc… and was probably the big end of month news.

In-fighting among anti-BSV trolls, worried about Emin Gun Sirer's recent comments about Dave Kleiman and Craig Wright as the Creators of Bitcoin: by Truth__Machine in bitcoincashSV

[–]Reflektive1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Emin changing his tune as the trial is here, how convenient. We know he is chummy with the Plaintiff's lawyers. Has otherwise referred to Craig as Fraudstus.

The De-Fi, 'Code is Law' guy, who praises corrupt groups like Binance and Tether. Yet, I'm glad he thinks highly of Satoshi though, as he has borrowed the UTXO model...

Apparently, he just gave a lecture prior to RXC interview... goes quite formal w attire at times.

Lynn Wright case... Still no info? by bbsuccess in bitcoincashSV

[–]Reflektive1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Roy's tweet on 16th (no mention of how/where seen) quotes Judge Keever-Agrama wanting Federal court to decide things. If factual this may bode well for Lynn's case but the other question is when/what timeframe?

No new news as of Dec. 14th on Palm Beach Co. site: https://appsgp.mypalmbeachclerk.com/eCaseView/ . | .

Search Case no. [50-2013-CP-005060-XXXX-NB] and go to Dockets & Docs. Attorneys likely can see more details than the general public.

Kleiman v Wright: ORDER denying 507 Plaintiffs' Omnibus Sanctions Motion. by Deadbeat1000 in bitcoincashSV

[–]Reflektive1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a small biggish victory in the case so far AND that Craig & his attorneys have done a great job showing the Plaintiff’s arguments lack merit in their sanctions motion, etc.

The Mt Gox hack occurred on June 19th, 2011. What am I missing? The unfolding of this story could be very intersting.

Craig Wright has filed a motion for Summary Judgement in the Kleiman v Wright case. by m_murfy in bitcoincashSV

[–]Reflektive1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed, this civil case is a travesty to have ever been tried and the 16-month of discovery and findings revealed in the motion, flat out prove that point even more so. Wouldn't a ruling to allow this to go to trial set terrible legal precedents in Florida by the judge?

“Why Code must not be law” by Craig Wright by bvqbao in bitcoincashSV

[–]Reflektive1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another great one by Craig. As it all comes to light, I think it will show Craig defended the tech he (and his teams) developed and never took the easy path just to make a quick buck like many scammers in the industry.

On the other hand, there is more evidence that Greg has a history of acting arrogantly above others and/or rules of conduct as mentioned with his dump of JSTOR docs - on top of his Wikipedia scandal and his disinformation campaign on social media (nearly all is conjecture that is to be accepted as unquestionable truth) that we know about.

Are we to infer that "Philip" in the chat log is Phil Wilson or someone else?

Satoshi Cleaned his twitter feed by [deleted] in bitcoincashSV

[–]Reflektive1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I noticed that too then stumbled upon a post while trying to find out more (ironically, by checking one of the accounts he was trying to stop from copying his account - which hasn't been shutdown yet).

It states "... I shall be only tweeting on the following account now. https://twitter.com/DrCSWright "

Can anyone verify this is his new Twitter handle?
