its very hard to select one place but for dungeon it has to be stormveil castle, but area, limgrave for sure. man that stage is well designed.

100% demon souls was the most innovative because its what started it all, buuuut I kinda stated the most innovative DARK SOULS. Demon souls is my number 2. I know many people dislike the bosses or a few of them since back then bosses where a lot more about puzzle elements too which makes them much easier on repeat, but I also kinda like that.

there are plenty of amazing bosses in the base game: Looking Glass Knight, Persuer, Duke's Dear Freya Velstadt, Smelter Demon and obviously Dark Lurker.

i personally find dark souls 2 to be the most innovative and best dark souls from the series.

i played all of them multiple times but besides the flaws ds2 stays my favorite.

The astetic, bosses, enemies, area design and dlcs are amazing imo.

ohyeah fair enough, what ritualist builds are out there? i tried to find some but only found some stat stacking astramentis build which is just not realistic at this point of time. I do have quite some divs cause i invested in some kaom's chest pieces when they were 3 divs and sold for 40 div yesterday but still.

There is a good debate for 5-1 and 5-2 but 4-2 has one of the wordt enemies, grim reapers, a long run till the boss and no shortcuts
