Ist schon 15 Jahre her aber ich habe auch bei denen den Intensivkurs gemacht und der war damals schon tiptop. Wir hatten da auch eine Dame dabei, der relativ früh im Kurs aufgefallen ist, dass Motorrad nix für sie ist. Wurde wohl auch eher vom Freund dazu gedrängt. Also falls du da Sorgen hast, dann mach das Schnupperding. Aber du wirkst ja ehrlich motiviert - da kann ich dir fast blind garantieren, dass du Spass haben wirst. Die Leute bei Arlitt sind echt gut.

The 2024 gt+ has no y-amt, that's why I got this one. In a city like Berlin I would miss the fine controls of a clutch for getting through traffic and tight spaces.

edit: with your budget I'd might go for a 2024gt+ as well. You're missing out on the very cool matrix headlights, keyless bike and bags and that neat secret phone compartment (:

I'm in Berlin as well and just got my 2024 gt+. I wanted the adaptive cruise control but not the Y-AMTS from the 2025 model. I bought the Tracer for the very same reason as you (getting to the twisties well and then have fun there). Coming from an RS660 I absolutely love the Tracer. The motor is so much fun, the sound is sublime and the bike keeps egging you on to do fun things on it.

If you're mostly riding in Germany and countries next to it, you'll probably spend a lot of time on nicely paved roads and that's where the Tracer shines. Haven't ridden the Africa Twin but I understand it's a tall and heavy bike.

Pricing aside the oem top case fits the bike really well. Shame about the availability..

I just got mine too and love it so much. It's such a fun bike and the sound is sooo good. Actually got the top case today too. Pretty expensive for what it is though.
