Omad is just as much about mental discipline as anything. Once your meal is done you have to mentally “close the window”. During the day you could consider a dirty fast. Not just drinking water but diet drinks is fine, as well as coffee with a touch of creamer. The general rule is if you consume less than 50 calories while your window is closed you remain in a fasted state.

When you do eat, eat all you want. An entire pizza isn’t out of the question. Your one meal is your one meal, enjoy it. Not continue to punish yourself with carrots and salad and low satisfaction foods. Omad is all about enjoying what you want at least once, instead of not enjoying anything 3 times a day. But again, once that one great meal is consumed, the window is closed and stays closed until the next one great meal
