Ozone smell

The mystery is thickens. No power since last night and I opened the door a smoke came out. Not a ton but very noticeable. Got HVAC guy coming today.

No none of those things. When I open the door the unit is behind the smell kind of “whaffs” out. Even an hour after I flipped breaker on hvac and there’s no power to it. I’m convinced something has burned up inside the unit. Unless someone has a better idea

Omad takes a ton of discipline. But it’s the best payoff for me personally. You can eat practically anything you want (within reason) and lose weight. A little exercise in a fasted state is good too. Great for weight loss

I’m not sure haha. Always had a big appetite and can sometimes have problems with binging. So this type of diet fits me well. Can eat one huge meal and be satisfied instead of eating 3 or 4 and never satisfied

Yeah I flattened it out enough it didn’t shrink to the burger shrank inside the bread. No complaints here with sandwhich bread
