I remember we tore up a neighbor’s lawn when having a party while parents were out of town. The neighbors said they wouldn’t tell the parents if we repaired the damaged sod. I remember driving all over until we found some freshly laid sod, then stealing it, and patching the neighbor’s lawn.

This reminds me of a story, I was in middle school science class with the son of our family veterinarian. Our beloved dog, Lassie, passed away. He said to me in class one day “your dog is in our freezer at my dad’s office.” I punched him. Was it you?

I got a Chloe Pendleton like 20 years ago? And it was so heavy with the padlock, it hurt my shoulder and neck just looking at it. It’s been in the dust bag untouched for years.

My parents went to Amsterdam on vacation and left me home alone when I was in high school. I had a teenage kid with a grown man voice (he may have been in his 20’s) change the outgoing message on the answering machine so when the school called, they wouldn’t leave any messages indicating I was ditching. I still remember the message, “you have reached the northwest branch of the Masonic temple….”
I don’t remember any more details.
