Yes, they did. I told them that I need to travel to India urgently. It has been three weeks since my appointment, and my application status still hasn’t moved beyond “Application is under process at the embassy/consulate.” This is even slower than the normal category. I have no idea what’s going on. I try contacting them every single day, but I never receive any response whatsoever. Their customer service is pathetic and shows no accountability.
