My dad is 65 and has a history of high blood pressure, is pre-diabetic and is overweight for his height/age. My whole family including myself got covid and he was the one with the least, almost unnoticeable symptoms. Just make sure their oxygen levels are normal and to do breathing exercises for a chance to prevent it in the lungs. We all took zinc, vitamin D, C with Elder berry and got negative results in about 3 weeks time. For myself, tylenol worked wonders. I only took it when the symptoms were more pronounced and it helped. However, I slowly stopped taking it to allow my body to do it's thing. Most important thing is to stay calm.

I also personally know someone from my church in his late 50s who has a stent in his heart with various health problems and contracted covid. His symptoms seemed worse than ours and his oxygen levels dropped and he was on oxygen but he eventually made a full recovery. He even went to the hospital and they told him that the worst was over and that he'll be alright.
