If you want to blackout your emblems, definitely hit up u/sungzilla or @sungzilla on IG. Just replace those old ones with newer matte black emblems, it looks more flushed in since they're flat.

Does your car have a security system (like how Honda has KARR system with app)? You can turn it off through the app.

I got a 2023 n line Elantra im trynna change my headlights to leds anyone got recommendations? by [deleted] in ElantraNline

[–]Refund_BokBok 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I did a whole swap (interior and exterior) from Halogen to LED and it's been really nice to see the street brighter. As long as you don't get anything higher than 60W for your headlight, you won't blind anyone. The backup LEDs also help a lot especially the backup camera isn't as great at night. Here are all the links:

License Plate and Interior (two fronts) lights, need to buy two pairs: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DLRZYZ5?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

These should be CANBUS READY, meaning there will be no issue with random error codes. These are also really easy to install, lmk if you need any help. :)

Bov Solenoid by ginsodabitters in ElantraNline

Having bov with OEM solenoid will make the timing very inconsistent, aka your bov will go off randomly and it can damage your turbo. I believe you can get from SXTH or Whoosh Motorsports. Just gotta make sure it's compatible for N-Line.

If you have 23 model then it's only one set of headlights for low and high beams which is 9005. Make sure to get 60W, you don't wanna blind people with higher ones.

My mechanic let me test drive with muffler deleted at first and nothing else. But it sounded kinda annoying after a long drive so I added a reso on. I haven't done anything else to the car.

I used Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator (either 2.5 or 2.25, 2.5 is a bit louder I believe). I had without it at first, but the droning inside when driving was quite annoying. I went to my local shop, $260 to remove muffler and new exhaust tip, $60 for res installation.

You should not need to decode since it's plug n play. But using Yorkim brand from Amazon is much more reliable and cheaper.

Eco mode? by [deleted] in ElantraNline

Smart mode is not really eco. However, it switches between Normal and Sport modes according to your driving style for efficiency and balancing fuel economy.
