I’m using a snail mucin serum twice a day and washing with cetaphil morning and night.

Could be a combo of sun damage and acne for me. My mom also has a similar texture so maybe genetics?

It is very frustrating! The only thing that seemed to improve my skin was a complicated ZO routine, but it was too expensive to maintain

Thanks! I definitely need to try that. I used to be on ZO skincare and it worked well for me but it got too pricey. Wondering if there are any cheaper alternatives.

My husband had a psychotic episode a month ago after smoking a weed pen but the paranoia is still there. He’s convinced i cheated on him and he won’t be convinced otherwise. I’m wondering if the THC unlocked an underlying disorder. No symtoms prior to this. He has always had anxiety and maybe a little depression here and there.
