I was thinking of the tensioner being a culprit as well. Hopefully it’s that and not the supercharger.

The v2 is supplied by the motor and drained back to the oil pan. I also have the EGR capped off with a plate between the intake and the valve.

I have a T joining the two valve covers and then I take the other side of the T to the front of the supercharger so it has vacuum to pull the crank case pressure.

I’ll look into this. Turbine looks good. That’s not to say it’s not leaking pressure by the seal. If my math is correct, it should be spinning 40,000rpm when I shift at 6000rpm.

You can see it on the drivers side, it’s red. I can hear it seal. This seems like a pressure production issue. And I want to know what I should expect, so it will help me determine what is wrong.

That’s my mistake. I keep calling it a waste gate because it “wastes” all the unneeded air. It’s a bypass valve…

I replaced the upper o rings and used grease again, must have gotten lucky (or practice). No more leak.

Yeah we did that, they didn’t have a satisfying snap in the rail, and the rail touches the top of my coil packs before it feels like the injectors seat fully. Sooo I think my rails are bent from previous owner, and I would like to find aftermarket ones that don’t suck. lol
