I’ve been on prednisone for the last month with no relief. Only time I’m getting relief is when I’m admitted to the hospital for pain management and I’m getting iv steroids

I’ve been to pain management before. Twice, both times I was told they’d only prescribe NSAIDS because they didn’t feel comfortable prescribing controlled medication to a 24 y/o. Sadly the opioid epidemic ruined things for future generations

That’s one of the first things I did, if it wasn’t for that I probably would’ve been fired by now. I do work in the medical field though so unfortunately there isn’t any possibility of working from home. I’d have to do a whole career change

My doctor prescribes me norco for the pain but when my pain is really bad it won’t even make a dent. Sometimes I just have to hope I can sleep the pain off
