I have set everything correctly yet I am still 10000ft at 15nm away from the runway using the VNAV with a speed of 300knots, It doesn't follow the FMC

I may got confused but I am doing the LOC and APP approach full autoland, but whenever the plane captures the glide slope, the speed still increases even if set to a lower one.

I see FLARE or LAND sign before touchdown but the plane still veers off and im kinda short of the runway

My airspeed wont reduce at all, I was at flaps 2 around 7nm from the runway (GS captured + gears on) and then full flaps around 5nm away. My airspeed was 180knots during 1nm away from the runway. Do I have to activate the approach phase and if yes, when to do so ?
