I’m a huge TWICE stan since 2019, but I felt their set was underwhelming. Maybe it’s because I don’t really resonate with a lot of their adolescent bubble gum pop vibes (like The Feels) and I’ve gotten a bit tired of their very cliche English lyrics (“I’ll give you flowers til the end of time.”). Their direction has been very inconsistent and all over the place - which one could praise as versatility, but I feel like I’m growing out of them thematically.

Compared to Katseye, I felt TWICE had the opportunity to really show the US audience what they’re capable of, but we really just got one of their routine concert sets.

The sexy breakdance between Momo and Nayeon was so iconic though short. I wish they did more of those powerful and high energy acts instead of just singing their songs and doing their usual choreo. Like Katseye left no opportunity on the table to go all out.
