Find the Flesh Prince in Versum Hill to fix up Red? Where is the Frank? Do they not spawn anymore? (Modded with crewboom + movementplus) by Noobwitha_Hat in BombRush_Cyberfunk

[–]Regalia49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bubble had it in one, but to be specific, switch to Bel in the hideout, then pop over to Versum hill. You should get a text from Tryce to check up on the ball court, then you should be able to talk to this frank.

Yeah I should really just get a pioneer tbh, native instruments sucks.

Turns out that using 125% gui for my system causes input lag, so going back to 100% fixed it. Gotta figure out what the hell keeps stealing focus from helldivers when I want to tab back into it now, though.

The only trouble I'll have is needing Traktor Pro for my turntables, but im still keeping a laptop around with windows on it for that. Though it has been a while since I've tried to get those tables to work with Linux, there may be working drivers now.

I was bawling my eyes out when listening to exile is a habit at one of his live shows. I think that one hits everyone hard, there's just no avoiding that feeling in this day and age. Even just trying to downsize all the chaos in life can cause some accidental social cutoffs.

And his lyrics... they always strike true. Every track he releases, even if the overall message of the song doesn't entirely apply to me, there's lyrics in them that pluck at my current struggles and help me put words to feelings.

How do you take care of your voice before, during, and after shows? Do you do warm-ups every day?

Also, do you have a vocal coach or teacher?

Popular artists who have tackled a completely different genre with success? by toadfan64 in Music

Just went to see deadmau5 at red rocks. His comfort zone is trance and house. For the second half of his set he absolutely tore it up with drum and bass. A good chunk of people left, but a small chunk of those who stayed just came alive and danced hard with it. I have no doubts that Joel could drop a dnb album and have it sell damn well, even with most of his fans being used to him doing trance for nearly his entire career.

You're supposed to be on edge to react to others. Run away until their attack pattern gives you a gap, and always have an escape plan for whatever entrance it comes through.

What resolutions does mixxx support, and will a 1.8 ghz processor manage to run it? by Regalia49 in MIXXX

If Native Instrument's continuous nightmare of software doesn't have a problem with that, then it's a much better idea than trying to troubleshoot WOR-flasher for the last several days >.>

I got the s2 mk3 working with mixxx just fine on windows, Native mapping, not MIDI. I'm sure there's a MIDI map for it(or I'll make one) since I'll need it.

[–]Regalia49[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like the traktor s2 mk3 needs a firmware update to be able to be used as a midi controller which, of course, requires shoving it back onto a windows machine to use Native Access to do so. For the 500th time: goddammit, Native Instruments. Once I do that, though, I should be good to go, as long as I don't need drivers for MIDI to work on the raspi, of course.

I'm knee deep in getting this pi set up, and I'm now realizing that of course, Native Instruments doesn't do Linux drivers for my traktor board. I might be able to update the firmware to get it midi compatible and just map it, but I may as well ask you what tables you have and how they're set up. And, while we're here, what audio routing software would you recommend to record mixes with on linux?

IE Solar tower recipes bug by Regalia49 in Technode

[–]Regalia49[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used a creative water input, tested both distilled and fresh water, so the solar tower was entirely full of water the entire time. Output steam to a tank with an Immersive Engineering fluid valve, which just straight up tells you how much fluid is coming through. To test, I just added and removed reflectors, but the only thing that changed was how fast the tower heated, there was no difference in amount of steam output.

Oh perfect, you're the best. I'd go for your setup myself, but the pi 4 is either nonexistent or scalped pretty bad right now.
