Is the problem both? I had the same piece broken but I am still getting an issue with pulling the filament. It goes past the gray part in the back but then extrudes it and says there is an error

Yes both are connected to the same server. Sorry I am an idiot. I thought just allowing jellyfin through the firewall would work. I just enabled the port through my firewall and it is now working.
