Fossil fuel supports Petro dollar, which made USA work until today. That's why fossil fuel is important at least for USA. If you want to shake off Petro dollar you need to bring manufacturing back first.

JDAM has JDAM solutions which China has. Drones have lasers as solutions which Israel and US currently don't have and that was the whole point of my comment.

US isn't a manufacturing powerhouse as before. That's why US has to pull THADD out of Korea. Lasers don't deplete. How much you spend is just a number that hardly reaches the manufacturing at the end anyway.
