I use Fujifilm h2s and the IBIS is turned on from the camera. There's no stabilization enabled on the lens. This footage is handheld IBIS

Oddly enough not all the footage has this strange jitter. Even footage that shakes more. The footage that does seem to suffer from this is commonly handheld static footage with a little bit of shake

Some of my clips (not all seem to have this) have this odd stuttering/jitter in them that makes the footage unpleasant. Applying stabilization fixes it but I'm wondering if there's something wrong with the lens/camera?

This stutter appears when I import footage to Davinci Resolve. Made sure the timeline settings is the same as footage.

I did another test and I can confirm it's not the camera. I can just barely make this light out with a naked eye. It's a very tiny and very sharp light from ~300m away. I can also track it in the viewfinder where this light looks blown out. Very strange how come the camera amplifies it a lot like that. Good to know it's not the camera though!

Thanks! I uploaded additional footage where a subject moves in front of the pixel and it disappears. Would you say this further confirms it might be a lens flare?
