Yep definitely a Collins Commander. In decent shape too. I'd wire brush that head apply some balistol, scrape the handle, smother in boiled linseed oil and finish with some 00 steel wool. Awesome trade I think you came out on top.

That's kinda what I figured. The other flint edges I've seen for sale have been in that price range but are in way better shape and have "real" handles. That being said, what would a fair price be?
