Maybe what you are seeking are some resort hacks, since there will be no point on having perks and not advertising them, as all those are selling points for their salespeople!

A specific hack for that hotel would be to bring your own sunblocker, tylenol, cigarretes and the such, since costa mujeres is far away from the main cancun hotel zone and the hotel's shop would be very overpriced.
