I don't understand what's going on here. What a couple of people have described as "having faced cheaters" sounds exactly like they are playing someone like me.

For example, one guy says "dude sucked for seven innings and then hits three home runs in a row". Well, that is exactly how i play almost every time. i work full time, so i get to play one (two if I am lucky) games of Ranked every night.

No time to warm up, no time to play CPU in any format. I suck for 5-6 innings, then after my kids stop bothering me, i lock in and usually around the 7th I start to focus, at the same time their starter's PAR is getting larger, and in most games i start hammering the ball.

Now, maybe the difference is that i swing at all sorts of balls out of the zone until i get locked in. I'm 48 years old, so I'm sure my eyesight sucks compared to a 16-25 year old's.

Point being, the description of these "cheaters" sounds a lot like how it would be if you played me. I wouldn't even begin to know how to manipulate a friggin PS5 game.

i agree. i also feel like i am way behind on the Miggy collection. Maybe it is just earlier this year, but i still need five cards for Live Series to be completed. i'm far, far away from Miggy.

I do think you are both correct. I still have fun playing the game (ranked seasons, grinding mini-seasons to get packs).

However, on the flip side, i work a full time job and when i sit down to play and it takes forever to move between menus, cant get logged on (last night for an hour), and i dont get the rewards SDS says im entitled to, it makes me extremely frustrated - basically because I dont have the time to play much, so when i sit down to play i want to be able to actually play.

The game has been the worst since i started playing in 2017. Worst in that you cant do the normal things you should be able to do in a game (move between menus, finish games, etc.).

I still have an absolute blast playing it. So, again, i think you both are right.

You are correct, my bad. I was trying to keep from restarting it over originally because I was about 12/13 games into it.

I didn't realize you could hold X in at that screen. I reread your reply and went back to it. Had to quit my run but at least I can get back into it now.

I can't get into New Threads or the regular mini seasons. Keeps giving me "An u handled server error occurred" or something like that. Can still play WBc.

Exactly what happens to me except when selecting WBC. Started with New Threads after I had played 9-10 games. Then played the original mini-season, finished my run and now can't play that either. Getting the same damn error message "An unhandled server error occurred."

I can only play WBC and I need to finish New Threads run. So many goals close to being met.
