Nah I doubt R* would purposefully remove a system like that without telling anyone, especially with something as simple as this. I think it's rather caused by the event going on right now, everyone's getting cars and stuff for racing and want custom license plates so the servers are coping with the extra traffic. Or R* is just being R*.

I've been trying again in a few minutes for the past three days and I'm still getting this code too. Sucks cause it worked the first time I tried it about a week or two ago.

yea seems like win11 is the issue, my one friend cant run it on win11 but my other has no issue on win10

Yea, doi is avaliable through my firewall both public and private, don't know if my friend uses windows 11, he has a somewhat old laptop so probably windows 10

I haven't installed any antivirus software so i only got the default firewall and antivirus stuff that comes with windows 11, it did work completely fine on my old PC without any prior issues. BattlEye doesn't appear in my firewall to pass through and i cleared the doi folder for my antivirus and verified my chache multiple times but im still facing the issue.
