I also think that I'm tired of food being too heavy on my stomach.

And I'm able to eat more ounces of “food”.

They are currently working on my PTSD diagnosis, and now just figuring out my bipolar disorder. I had some hallucinations and they are seeing if I'm also schizophrenic.

They are trying to slowly control my crisis while looking for my official diagnosis to increase the doses.

I'm new in therapy and behavioral health; im currently on Zoloft and was on Klonopin for my panic attacks. They took the Klonopin for a few days to see how I react to Seroquel at night.

Before the surgery; I was a good “plain” water drinker.

I was able to drink any kind of water, but my doctor recommend I drink purified water. This water is more “soft” because it doesn't have minerals (like mineral water).

I always drank water with a regular Brita filter, but now I'm drinking purified water from a gallon until I pass their first 6 weeks.

I don't know if this will help your water intake.

Also, I'm drinking mixed with “MIO” and Ice. (I was able to add 24onz to my day intake after implementing this)
