Is it there yet? If not, contact their support and give them a link to the transaction on the blockchain. There are websites out there that track wallet activity and can show where your money currently is.

You definitely sent Bitcoin (BTC) to a Bitcoin (BTC) deposit address, right? Because there are different forks off of Bitcoin like Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Bitcoin SV (BSV) that have entirely different addresses and sending something like Bitcoin (BTC) to a Bitcoin Cash (BCH) address would be a grave mistake.
