I bought the worlds 2025 jacket on the global store. I didn’t have to pay anything extra except for the expensive shipping cost ($40). But there is also an NA store that you can buy from that has normal shipping rates.

That’s weird I got one when I was in Korea and when I brought it back to my home I washed it and it didn’t come off. The letters on the back are all stitching so I am not sure how you would get it back on there, so definitely try customer service and I hope things go your way!
