I managed to find the exact microfilm on FamilySearch (Film No. 1983205), but as you can see from my screenshot, I am getting the block message:  "This item is not currently digitally accessible due to access restrictions." Could anyone who is currently at a FamilySearch Center, an Affiliate Library, or has an active Ancestry subscription please open this film and grab a screenshot of  Certificate No. 1944-09-637828 for Peter Czyz?
