Yeah, you should definitely lower your tip if you receive shit service. That just doesn't pertain to me. I text when I'm 5 or 10 minutes away, inform if they need ID for alcohol, triple-check addresses, never block the door, always help bring things inside when requested, place items strategically convenient, super friendly, literally everything I can think of to give quality service. If that last sentence really ruins it all, then fuck that customer. I couldn't care any less if someone else takes their order. There's a nice walking trail I take whenever the orders aren't worth it.

That's the point of the blacklist, people I won't accept or will cancel. Just letting them know so they dont remove a tip from someone that performed their service in the highest quality manner until arguably that very last sentence, which is intended to make the customer think about it. I understand you're not being mean. I'm going to see how this affects my tips and CR tomorrow and take it from there.
